You will employ temporary staff directly, allowing us to offer a unique daily temp fee structure which can deliver fantastic cost savings when compared with traditional labour hire fees. We also offer temp to perm conversion discounts, should you decide to retain the temporary staff member on a permanent basis.

Workforce Development

Recruitment can be challenging, particularly for organisations recruiting in industries facing skills shortages, or in regional and remote locations. At Recruitflex, we specialise in developing bespoke workforce development solutions which enable organisations to build or upskill teams.

Taking a project-based approach, our workforce development strategies include devising innovative candidate sourcing methodologies, creating tailored training or pre-employment programs, and exploring sponsorship or relocation options. Whatever your situation, we will work consultatively with you to understand the challenges you’re facing and workshop individual solutions to overcome them.

With access to our internal Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and apprenticeships/traineeships provider, Recruitflex can provide comprehensive support across all of your workforce development needs.


CareFlex was developed to address significant skills shortages within the care sector. Through this specialised recruitment and training program, Recruitflex sources, selects and trains individuals who want to work in aged, disability or community care, providing them with a fast-tracked pathway to employment as a Carer/Assistant in Nursing/Support Worker.

  • Approximately three weeks’ duration
  • Part-qualification Certficate III in Individual Support
  • Accredited modules (including First Aid and CPR)
  • Industry endorsed, non-accredited modules
  • Practical placement
  • Employment outcome/traineeship

Local Government Procurement

Recruitflex has been appointed as an approved supplier under Local Government Procurement’s Human Resources (HR) – Permanent and Temporary Placements and Associated Services (LGP808-4) contract.

This enables us to provide permanent and fixed term contract recruitment services to NSW Local Government organisations (Councils), Aboriginal Land Councils, NSW Government, Not-for-Profit Organisations and Charities who elect to engage pre-approved suppliers via Local Government Procurement (LGP).

Procuring services through LGP removes the need for organisations to tender for the provision of services, as it has already been done for them. Each LGP Approved Contractor has been evaluated and selected after going through a rigorous and comprehensive tendering process, with the vetting process including financial status and capability assessment.

LGP manages all approved contractors, from contract execution through to compliance and KPI monitoring.
